What services do you offer?
Full service interior design is our specialty. We often work for busy professionals who are looking for an interior designer to take care of all of the details from the design and planning, construction, through to furnishing your home. We will typically work with your builder and architect from the very beginning to provide you with guidance and support throughout your new home build or renovation project.
How do you charge for your services?
Our pricing structure varies based on the scope of the project. We offer different packages including full home major renovations and new construction, kitchen and bathroom design, preliminary concepts and floor plan design, and single and multiple room refreshes. Do you offer free consultations?
We offer an initial 30-minute phone consultation for free to discuss your project requirements and to determine whether we would be a suitable fit. Once we have some information about your project, we may set up a site visit in order to see the existing space, or an in person meeting to
Can you work within my budget?
Yes, we can tailor our services to fit within your construction budget. We work closely with your contractor to ensure that budget and timelines are met.
How long does a typical project take?
The timeline varies depending on the scope of the project. A single room refresh can take a few weeks, while a full home renovation or new-build typically takes 5-8 months for the design process prior to beginning construction. We provide a detailed timeline during the planning phase.
Do you handle purchasing and ordering of materials?
Your contractor will take care of ordering and purchasing the construction materials for your home. We order specialty items only, such as decorative lighting, cabinetry hardware, decorative mirrors, etc. in addition to furnishings and accessories post construction. We work with trusted suppliers to source the best products for your project, as quality is important to us.
Can you work with my existing furniture?
We’ll assess what pieces can be reused or repurposed to fit the new aesthetic.
How do you handle project administration?
We provide full project administration services after issuing the construction document set. We will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, tradespeople, and suppliers in order to oversee the entire project from start to finish to ensure everything runs smoothly.
