After a pipe burst and flooded their basement, this family saw an opportunity to reimagine their lower level as an inviting, functional space for everyone to enjoy. A new Scandinavian-inspired home gym will replace the former compact suite, complete with layered lighting to support a variety of exercise activities. On the opposite end, the family can relax and watch movies in a cozy lounge area, adjacent to a bar with ample integrated storage.
