After living in this home for over 30 years, the homeowners were ready to renew their space with a focus on maximizing natural daylight and expansive ocean views. This wood frame renovation introduced additional windows and skylights to brighten the main living areas and enhance the connection to the surrounding landscape.

The existing layout was largely maintained, while select walls were removed and spaces were redefined to improve circulation, incorporate strategic storage, and elevate the overall functionality of the home. Close collaboration with the homeowners guided every decision, from window placement to daily use of each space, resulting in a warm, comforting home designed to support the next 30 years of life in their forever oceanfront retreat.
